Cervelat, also cervelas, servelat or zervelat, is a sausage produced in Switzerland, France, and parts of Germany. The recipe and preparation of the sausage vary regionally.

Pan – – Preheat to medium heat with little oil, then cook for 3-4 minutes, turning often. Pot – – Boil water in the pot then remove from the heat. Place sausages in the pot and leave for 3-5 minutes. Swiss Deli Cervelas are already cooked and can also be enjoyed cold straight from the pack.
