Home-made high quality chicken schnitzel
Why are they called CHICKEN SCHNITZEL?
They are composed of flat pieces of chicken, veal, or mostly pork, covered with flour, and then deep-fried.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook chicken, in batches, for 4 to 5 minutes each side or until golden and cooked through. Transfer to a plate lined with a paper towel to drain. Serve.
