Why are they called Chicken Thigh?
The chicken thigh is a cut of poultry taken from the top portion of the leg, above the knee joint that separates the thigh from the chicken drumstick.

Dark meat, such as chicken thighs or legs, will take longer to cook because they have higher fat content and density. Boneless thighs will take 20 to 30 minutes to cook at 350F (dependent on size).
