Fontal is a ‘Go To’ cheese for almost every occasion and pairing. The cheese has a semi-soft golden paste, with a nutty and mild flavor. At its most basic, a table cheese with crackers. But it’s a great melting cheese for sauces, thickly shredded over pasta, pizza, or pressed into a gooey grilled sandwich. The bouncy paste is a bit more supple, mild and sweet. This mainstay always performs perfectly.
